Lionheart Capital has completed the Ritz-Carton Residences, Miami Beach, which features a private marina with a house yacht.

Located at 4701 Meridian Ave., the 10-story project has 111 condos and 15 stand-alone villas. Units range from 2,000 square feet to over 10,000 square feet and are priced from $2 million to $40 million.

The developer said the project is about 75% sold. Given the social distancing requirements of the COVID-19 pandemic, the sales team is offering virtual tours via Facetime. Buyers also receive medical concierge service with Dr. Arthur Agatston, the creator of the South Beach Diet.

Amenities at the Ritz-Carton Residences, Miami Beach include a 36-slip private marina, a fitness center with an open-air yoga studio, a rooftop pool deck with private cabanas, a restaurant, an indoor-outdoor spa with a sauna, a meditator garden, a waterfront bar, a club and social room, a children’s room, an art studio, a cinema room, and pet grooming facilities. Works of art are displayed throughout the property.

The project was designed by architect Piero Lissoni. The general contractor was Plaza Construction.
